Matthew Ryan Desha, a 29-year-old charged with murder for allegedly shooting and killing a woman after a car crash Saturday, has a history of road rage, gun incidents, drug addiction and mental illness following a four-year stint in the U.S. Marine Corps, according to police and court records.
